Soft PC Genuine values your satisfaction with your purchase and wants to ensure that you are completely happy with your order. As such, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy for all Soft PC Genuine purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
1. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. This is applicable to United States, United Kingdom and Indonesia only and our supported currency is USD.
Note: Your products must with unused condition and new/same packaging that you received. Also, you have to show proof of purchase or receipt. Otherwise, your return or refund will not acceptable.
2. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by mail at service@softpcgenuine.com, and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Once we receive the returned our products, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If the products meet our return policy requirements, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
3. SHIPPING COST:
Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service when returning your batik fabric to us, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
3. DAMAGED, WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How will customers get the return label?

5. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
5. EXCHANGES

6. RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
7. CANCELLATIONS
